Update: December 23, 2020 – Status Update

During the pandemic Staples Professional Canada continues to be operating in a business as usual capacity and able to meet our customer’s needs. With many Provinces announcing lockdown procedures, we know businesses needs are continuously changing. As an essential business we are open with our teams working from home alongside our warehouses and delivery services continuing in person with adapted processes.
We continue to offer fast, free delivery nationwide to your home or office with next day options for the majority of Canada. Our delivery team are providing contactless delivery with additional safety procedures in place including no requirement for signatures. It is our priority to support our associates, customers and the business community safely, particularly in these uncertain times.
Staples Professional Canada remains committed to informing and serving our customers, by providing several shopping options (including online at eway.ca) and solutions for the products and services you need. To meet your needs, call your sales representative and they will be happy to help. Please note however, our sales offices nationally will be closed for the Holidays December 24th, 2020 at 2 pm through to January 1st, 2021. We will resume regular office hours on January 4th, 2021.
Our Customer Care Centre and Deliveries will remain open over the holidays with exceptions. During this time, you can contact our Customer Care teams to support any additional requirements with placing an order.
